When I got married I planned to surprise my bride with something she would have never thought I would do: sing during the reception. And that’s exactly what I did. 🙂

Do you remember the Adam Sandler movie ‘The Wedding Singer’? At the last part of the film, he serenaded Drew Barrymore with the song ‘Grow Old With You’. And that’s with a little bit of help from Billy Idol.

Anyway, that’s what I sang during our wedding reception. My bride was very surpised! She had no idea that when I grabbed the microphone from the host that I would be singing in front of our family and friends. Needless to say, that moment was truly magical.

Good thing I got it all on video and I have actually used it as an online video promotion tool for my business, Melbourne Video Production.
